The person who made my sandwich needs more training. I order an Italian. I enjoy Firehouse subs, however, I could not pick the... thing up. Stuff was just sliding out of the samdwich. This is actually the best sub place I have ever been. They put the most meat on the subs that I have seen anywhere. They taste... great and the meat is always fresh and piled high. It is really cool how they have all the different kinds of hot sauces thereand you can use any kind you want for free. Be careful with the really hot sauces because some of them are hot enough to takeyour breath away. They have mild and medium heat level sauces too; I like the medium heat.
