I was so excited to get a dunkin near my house but I'm very disappointed in how fast it went down hill. First couple trips were... nice, friendly staff and accurate food. But now I am getting pulled from the window EVERY time to get my food (even if I am theonly person in the drive thru) half the time they give me the wrong food and the other half the food is burnt or under cookedand the drinks aren't made correctly. Or they forget about me entirely and I have to go in to get my order. Very sad. Read more
Cold coffee, supposed to be hot and fresh. Filled with coffee grounds. Like it had been ordered by someone else and then left... there the night before. These lazy workers want pay increases? No way! Every item you order, they cut you off and say "Is thatall?" Can I get through an effin' order? Management clearly doesn't care and that washes on down to your lazy, uncaring workers.Enjoy minimum wage for the rest of your lives. Read more
Y?all need to hire or schedule more people. In no way am I complaining about the employees because they were amazing, but... there?s three of them at 8:30 in the morning trying to scramble around and make everything while taking orders. These poor kidsare stressing themselves. Only put five stars because they were very polite and made everything quickly given theircircumstances. Read more
Super disappointed in the service we received this morning. I have never had an issue with this dunkin until today. The lady who... took my order was beyond rude and asked if our coffee was large we said no medium still charged for large. Also ordered avocadobacon toast and guess what no bacon. Also got to the window to see if we could add donut holes for my toddler screaming donutholes in the back seat but the lady was very rude saying no it can?t be added (hadn?t even paid at this point might I add andliterally no one was behind us for the longer wait) We couldn?t circle back since we?re heading to church but I promise I won?tbe back. Amazing service! The person taking my order in the drive thru helped me with my food allergies and was able to suggest options... that worked. They got my order out quickly and correctly. The lady taking orders, I hope they hold on to her. I?ll be back. Read more
Super nice staff but?ordered a hot chai tea and asked if they had a variety of donut holes but this is what we got. Donut holes... were super hard even after waiting 5 minutes for them in drive through ???? Read more
Ordered munchkins here and this is what I got. What is this? I live on the other side of town and didn't want to waste my time... to go back. To be honest, I don't see myself going back ever. This is a Dunkin' that is there because of the location of thehighway and its evidently clear they don't care about quality. Read more
