I don?t ever give reviews but very upset with the customer service here and the young lady. My husband ordered an banana... strawberry rendezvous and they left off the banana and strawberries. Then when I said something the girl rudely said that?s whathe wanted I said yes and in it comes banana and stew berries it?s on the wall. She said here you add the. Ummm ???? NO. Girl at the counter practically threw a top at me after I asked for one, after overfilling my cup! Very sad indeed.
3 * for the service as a whole. Young lady at counter seems new and she almost messed up with my signature fav. I looked at... ingredients and mentioned her after which she realized and changed it. If Im someone who doesn?t look at what is what then Iwould have got a different opinion and felt ice cream is not good. Ice cream was good although its a little pricey compared toother brands. Super nice people. Took my daughter here, the guy was super nice and patient. When we were leaving, she still had half her cup... left snd dropped it getting in the truck. She was sad :'(. I went back to buy another one, and the guy replaced for free! Read more
Went on a weekday to get ice cream with my family and they only had 2 people working with line out the door. The person doing... the waffle cones I guess couldn't help because the cones need to be made, even though there were plenty. It was a hot mess! There were 2 workers working today. The guy was working on other task and the young lady was fixing treats by herself. I know... she was overwhelmed bc she kept getting lines. The young lady fixed my treat and forgot the ????. I asked for a waffle bowl andbefore I knew it she put it in a cup. I didn't complain bc I could tell she was so stressed.
