I am an Arby's fan and have usually had good experiences at this restaurant until my last visit. I ordered a Original RB and a... shake. The shake was awesome but the RB was not edible. It had a small portion that was sliced correctly and then what lookedlike the sole of shoe. It was about a quarter inch thick. That is not a mistake, that is not something they would not havenoticed when they were making the sandwich, they just didn't care. Sad. The condiment area was messy and out of napkins.Overall very disappointing experience. I left a message on the Arby's 'Contact Us' website with pictures but never heard back.It's a shame because Arby's is my favorite fast-food. Read more
This place was once great! However, my wife and I ate there on 9/3/22 at around 3;30pm. I know not the lunch or dinner rush. I... had a coupon for 2 cheddar and roast beef combos (the signature meal). The sandwiches had barely any meat or cheese. It wasbarely warm. The condiment station was out of horsey sauce and sometimes Arby sauce. I have complained before and the last timethe dessert tarts had to be warmed?! Who wants cold pastry!? We use to enjoy this place, but this will be the last time! Thereare many places to eat on Hwy 70 in Garner, NC! I would go elsewhere! This review is for the one in Garner off aversboro. Tonya was nicer than anyone I've spoken to in weeks. It was like we were... family (that she likes)! So pleasant & professional. Though she was wearing a mask I could see the smile glowing on her face. Sorare to have such genuinely friendly service. She made my day so much better with such a small exchange. After a bad experience a year ago I decided to give this place a second try. Was handed a drink without ice, no straw and... ignored when I asked for a straw. 10 minutes later asked to move forward, I said I'm not moving forward till I have a refund ormy food and the straw I've asked for. I don't care about them cheating your "cars in line" time metrics. Manager was then rudeand had to ask me what my order even was before telling me she is refunding my order, then yelled at me to never come back. Iwon't. Delicious food as always but what impressed me the most was the staff. Courteous and polite, and especially patient with me as... I was on the phone getting my wife's food request. It is very evident that management has taken a keen interest in attention todetail and service. A nice change since my last visit months ago. The place was clean inside and out and it was comfortableto sit and relax as I enjoyed my meal inside. Read more
This particular store seems to be having problems. They are frequently out of things. It takes forever to get food. Half the... time it's just barely warm or cold. And according to their listing here they're open till 11:00 but a lot of times you can gothere at 8:00 or 9:00 and they're already closed. Plus, as you can see from the photo attached, the order point and the storejust aren't attractive. Read more
