Ive lived in the area for about 20 years and this wingstop has gone downhill in quality and customer service AVOID like the... plague. The last several times they "forgot" to put the seasoning on the fries and on the lemmon pepper wings and the hot wingshad almost no sauce at all they should be ashamed to resort to these bush-league practices to cut costs and then when youcomplain they do not even apologize they have the nerve to get upset. Very rude employees at this location. Did not know I couldn't pay over the phone like we used to before. They told me I had to... go the store pay and they will start making my order. I've never heard of this before. Asked to speak to manager and get a ladynamed Marlene I asked her are you the manager and she replies I am a shif leader. That's not the GM. She was not able to help.Very awful customer service. I will not return here. I rather go to the competition and get treated right. The cashier had an attitude as soon as I began ordering. She tried to correct my husband and myself about the meal we ALWAYS... order at any Wingstop we go to. She got an attitude because we told her that the menu that we're looking at in store only showsit has the (meal for 2 that comes with a 15pc wings. She asked me if I wanted the 12 or the 15 piece combo I told her I had noidea there was a 12 piece I always get the 15 piece anyway she said "well it shows it here in my system it doesn't have to be onthe menu but that's what they have and my husband showed her thee in store menu and told her this is all that's listed and shedidn't even know their own menu. She seemed irritated that we corrected her right back due to the little knowledge of herknowing the menu that thee customers can see not what they have in their system because us being a customer we wouldn't knowwhat's in their system. So that was that... Then I continue to order my lemon hot and lemon pepper wings with specificinstructions that I would like my lemon hot wing "wet and w/ extra lemon pepper seasoning, and my lemon pepper wings with extraseasoning. I will post the photos of my disappointing order that I didn't even eat due to it not being what I ordered and so myfriend ate it and it made her so sick I will never order food from this location. I?ve ordered from this wingstop plenty of times before. Today I Ordered extra crispy wings with an extra side of dipping... sauce(which I paid for and didn?t get). Wings were not extra crispy at all. They were very chewy as if they were sitting in coldgrease for a while. Called and asked to get my order remade. Was told no because the cook said they cooked the chicken an extra5 minutes. Obviously that?s a lie and if so the grease was not hot to begin with or too much chicken was added causing thegrease to cool. I DONT EAT CHEWY CHICKEN and am not eating this PERIOD. Was then told if I brought the uneaten chicken backthey?d remake my order and hung up in my face. I?ll come get my wings but this will definitely be my last time ever going tothis location and I will tell everyone about my experience at this location. Read more
