we ordered the food over the phone and first off the woman on the phone was absolutely disrespectful adding in snarky remarks... the whole time we were trying to order. we got three separate things the person we were on the call with she listed everythingwe had on there, but when we arrived they didn't give us our receipt and thinking everything was right we left after we realizedour order had a whole section left off afterwards we went back and found that they COMPLETELY dismissed our conversation overthe phone put in the complete wrong order and charged us for it without giving us the receipt and then the manager proceeded totry and gaslight us and blame us for "not taking the receipt" 0/10 for customer service 0/10 for respect 0/10 for food quality Read more

I ordered the Hot Honey wings today and they were terrible. Earlier this week I ordered some by my job and they were the best... flavor I've ever had. Crispy and saucy...well today they were soggy and undercooked. This is the second time they've screwed upmy order. The last time my wings were hard and overcooked. I couldn't even bite into them. Wingstop isn't cheap and I don't liveclose by so it's a waste of my money when the food isn't good. Read more
I called and made my order, was told it would take 15-18min. I arrived 10 minutes later & payed for my food. After waiting... another 15 minutes after paying, I went to the register to ask what's taking so long, she just snarled at me saying, "You haveto wait." Horrible customer service. Turns out they lost my ticket and wanted me to wait another 10 minutes for them to cook myfood. I wouldn't of minded waiting but they made me feel like it was my fault they lost my order, giving me an attitude forasking about my order after waiting almost 30 minutes; I just got a refund and took my business elsewhere. Had a 15 piece boneless and large cheese fries. The fries are really good and the cheese doesn't really taste like the canned... crap. Wings ARE slightly over cooked and are hard to bite into. The boneless taste like bad chicken nuggets. Flavors anddipping cups are the winners at Wing Stop. I've had better food at other locations for sure. Read more
