Went to get breakfast; ordered coffee. They didn't have enough in the pot to fill up two cups so they asked me to park. I get... it. It takes at least 5 minutes to make a pot of coffee and they can get a ton of people thru the drive thru. No problem. Iparked. Suddenly I realized I'd been waiting for 20 minutes for coffee. They had forgotten about me. Told me they forgot aboutme when I called to ask where my coffee was (don't judge, I had my dog with me and she has separation anxiety issues so Icouldn't leave her alone on my vehicle). Management clearly doesn't care about their job, only 2 cars in line when i arrive, i order one breakfast platter meal, and one... sausage biscuit. It took 45 minutes and me having to go inside with my socks on because no one was clearly ever going to give memy order i had already paid for. Aside from this the last 2 months the night shift service has been terribly slow and somehowstill making sloppy looking food. Great job. Read more

Each restaurant is different in service and better at different times of day. While having to wait upwards of 15 mins at any... given location is a problem, once the line is moving again it's straightforward. With that if it's only young people workingexpect a wait and disregard for what you need in your bag. Read more

Spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter to take my order, and a total of 25 minutes waiting for my food, 4... Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits, Hash Brown & Large Fries, chicken over cooked and rest of the order cold. When food was given andI made it to my car, the cashier ran out to inform me they gave me the wrong order so I ended up waiting an additional 12minutes. This is not the 1st time that I have had a bad experience, which I stopped going there for a long time! Last time myorder they messed up was 2 Whataburgers with mayo instead of mustard, large fries, Large Fanta or Big Red with light ice & alarge shake. When I made it home my burgers had no meat, I immediately called and talked to the manager and was told to bringthe food back and they would replace it or refund me. Gas prices through the roof and they didn't have the decency to replace myfood for free and refund me since I wasted my gas and time!!!! Read more

First time to visit this location. It has good customer service and was clean. In the half hour we ate there as a family the... different employees came through the dining area and cleaned. We were able to place our order without any issues and the foodwas prepared correctly according to our order. It sits in a shopping center parking lot so it was easy to get into and outwithout any issues. We would definitely eat here again. Read more

Delicious as always, I love the sausage gravy with biscuits, my kids usually get the breakfast platter, one with sausage and the... other with bacon. This time I also tried the honey butter chicken biscuit and it was so good. The butter was dripping off mysandwich so I definitely wasn't shorted at all. Maybe a little much but I'd rather more than less. ???? Read more

This has been the worst Whataburger by far. First time in the line I spent 49 minutes waiting for an order. Where should I... begin? The order-taker was completely rude worst customer service definitely was not trained. The young lady cashier was amazingshe apologized he sounded sincere as she did her job correctly. When I asked to speak to the manager about the order takersattitude all she said was I know she is in the back now. And I told her that my order wasn't ring up right. I asked for a largecombo only received a medium. I asked for no onions and clearly any picture it's covered in onions. Before I even took the bagsfrom the managers can I asked with my burger made correctly and she said yes ma'am they got fixed and push it into my hand. Didnot apologize for the rude service of her employees. So the manager change my total to charge large but didn't receive it.Something told me to check my order before leaving the parking lot and I did. I opened my burger and it's covered in onions. Thefries were cold. A hash brown sticks where is soggy. The sausage egg and cheese taquito tortilla was old and falling apart andhard. I mean talk about complete dissatisfaction. So I called the store spoke to the same rude manager. The manager refused tobring my order out the door instead of waiting in a line again for another 40 minutes. But before the conversation ended on thephone the manager was Raising her voice at me arguing and before I hung up she was yelling at me. Manager completelydisrespected me. Not once did she apologize for any inconvenience. And when I told her manager I wanted my money back shecouldn't even give me the money back first so she gave it to the little girl cashier to give to me and still did not get anapology. I will be making a formal report and I have a manager's name as well. If you want good food good service for yourmoney I advise you, DO NOT GO to this location.. Read more
