I stopped in to pick up an order for an UberEats delivery I was making and not only was it not ready, I couldn?t get an... employees attention after I walked for another 5 minutes. It took the guy I let know what I was there for nearly another 5minutes to let them know I was there for pick up and they needed to make the order. I finally got the order after several moreminutes and the whole time they were all chatting and laughing. I?ll make it clear I don?t have a problem with employeeschatting or having fun while at work so long and it doesn?t waste other peoples time and they get their job done but that?sexactly what happened and the longer it takes me to pick up the more likely I am to lose part of my tip which means by not doingtheir job they?re messing with my job and livelihood. We placed a mobile order 20min before closing for two baconators w/out buns which we order often from location in Richardson.... Decided to order from this location because we had just got done at gym close by. Service was fast but when we got home thebacon used in both burgers was crumbs also one burger they used one regular beef patty and 2 of the smaller ones. This is veryunacceptable. Not at all what we get when we order at other locations. Will not be back, regardless. Read more

While the food is alright, but I've been frustrated 3 times in just 2 days just trying to get food. I come into places on foot,... so when I come in at 11 AM and try to enter to be met with a locked door, no note on why either, it's a little frustrating Ihave to guess. I just assumed it was a problem for that day only so the second time I come in the next day to find the doorlocked at the same time made me wonder why they were closed at 11 AM. I come back at 7 PM after work to find they're stilllocked. No note anywhere, either on Google Maps (which says they're actually open) or even the door itself is extremelyfrustrating when you spend a lot of time to walk over there just to experience that. I would of only been slightly frustrated,yet understanding only one time had they have had a note on the door, since I wouldn't have came back and wasted my time 2 moretimes if I was informed that way, but I wasn't, and I'm unsure when I can even come back since I'm assuming it'll just be lockedon me again. I usually don't post reviews of poor service, but the drive-thru at this location seems to always take forever. Fast food is... supposed to be just that...fast. Last night, with 7 cars ahead of me, it took over 30 minutes to get to the window...and then Ihad to pull forward and wait another 6 minutes for my order...2 salads. As a district manager of a retail store chain, thislocation is missing a lot of revenue due to the time it takes to service its customers. Read more

Service was cool and quality of food was good. Nothing bad to say about this visit except for the puddle in front of overflowing... drink machine. Wet signs were out and in place, but I think it would have been better to block off entire section and servedrinks from the counter only. Read more

I'm not a fan of Wendy's, my wife is (I don't like the texture of their food). However, 5 stars due to fast and accurate... service. Fresh food and awesome portions. I give this location 5 stars Read more

The young man that took the order could not hear me at the drive through, so he had me drive to the window. There I gave him 3... orders. 2 of the orders had chili's on it. I told the guy they both had chili's and then had to say twice I wasn't taking thefries, which he acknowledged was wrong. Then he gave the wrong size chili. After the poor service, I just took it left. Now Iunderstand why no one had driven up for several minutes. Read more
