They offer what they advertise, and I had great service from a really sweet woman who greets everyone who comes in the door. It... definitely made me smile and feel important. She was also extremely helpful and polite letting me know that I didn't have towait through the whole line to ask for a drink. Very lovely people doing their jobs well, especially her bright self. This Subway is EVERYTHING! Leasia is amazing and the guys at this location are awesome! Always have a positive attitude and take... pride in making your food. They are very nice and the customer service is impeccable. I run banks and these employees and theirattitudes are what I look for when I hire and would most definitely have them on my team. Literally standing in line and 3 people on front of me leave because the 2 people that ordered ahead of them had ordered already... and their sandwiches were wrong and wanted refunds. This store really sucks. The employees are very slow. Went in today at 3:36pm 9-2-22. The 2 ladies were very slow and rude. My... daughter told her she wanted a 6 inch wheat bread and I told her I want a 6 inch wheat bread also. Total ignored me. Then theother woman that was there finally got to me and said very rudely what do you want we had to keep repeating ourselves on what wewanted on our sandwiches. I understand that the entire nation is understaffed; however, there is absolutely no reason you should show your discontent for... your job to a paying customer. I am being polite and have a smile on my face, and yet the employee acts bothered by having tomake my food. Not only are they rude, but the store is filthy. I think ?Subway? should send someone to see how their name isbeing represented. The commercials are definitely not being represented at this store. I would be furious with my employees ifthey made someone feel they should leave because they are to bothered to do their job.I spent my money at the Subway at LBJ &Oats instead. Today their customer service sucked. The MANAGER was extremely rude. I told them when I got my food that they ran out of sweet... tea a little over half of my large cup. 30 mins later when I was done eating nothing had been done. I asked the manager werethey going to make more or give me a refund since I didn't get my large drink worth, she said you can take some other tea andadd sugar to it. At that point I said oh now I want a full refund and I won't be coming back. She replied good don't come back.I will be finding her manager and having a work about her. Read more

Used Subway's Ap for the first time for lunch. No.1 the BOGO50 code did not work for this restaurant. No. 2, I order the... turkey bacon guacamole sandwich, only removed the green peppers. Picked up a sandwich without guacamole (which is the mainreason I ordered this sandwich) and no dressing. Very disappointing experience. Read more
