Showed up an hour before close and they very strongly suggested I don?t order. They went on and on abt how they had 5 sandwiches... to make ahead of me. Last time I checked that doesn?t take very long lol? but I mean who am I to argue with staff who clearlydon?t want me to order. ?Y?all just don?t wanna take my order huh? I asked and we all just looked at each other and I walkedout. No arguing or anything just right back to their sandwiches. If it was so busy there would be a sign. It?s no wonder thisplace has a LOW health score (82, from last years 84) and awful reviews. Read more
I don?t expect much, especially from this subway. Walked in, guy just stood there, had to say something to him or we would have... just been looking at each other for who knows how long. Didn?t want to give me receipt or hand me my sandwich. Manager juststood by and watched. Don?t accept coupons which is annoying. Guy with no costumer service is Shane. Rudest guy ever. Read more
This Subway is closer to my home and every now and then I'm in the mood for a sub sandwich. My husband loves the Meatball sub... plain with cheese, I love the Tuna with spinache tomatoes onions and extra pickles and mayo. It's the best. I'm sure everyonehas their special way they like their sub fixed. Read more

Just when I thought it couldn?t get worse, it did. The bread was over baked, dry and crispy. Then he omitted the ham , on a... Turkey/ham sandwich. Then the cherry on top, the 4 cookies were over cooked, dry and hard on the bottom. Had to trash them. Thisis the location next to Dollar Tree on Hwy78, Garland. UPDATE! They hired a lovely young woman who is friendly and competent! Amazing change and now updated my review! Thank you for... hiring her and hope you pay her well! The food is fresh but the man who has been there (not the owner) the last several timesI've been there acts like he's high or something and never understands me. Every time I've asked him to cut my kids sandwhichinto 3 instead of 2 and he always looks at me with a blank stare and cuts into 2. My 11 year old son is convinced this man can'tcount. This has happened the last 5 TIMES I've been there. I love subway and the owner is not super social but efficient andalways correct, but this worker needs to go. He's either incompetent or strung out every shift. I will try one more time to justhave him not cut it at all and see if he can manage that simple instruction. The man that runs this place has no customer service at all. I?ve given him multiple chances (about 6 or so), and every single... time it seems that he is very unhappy people are coming into his store. Not to mention he doesn?t take any coupons which doesn?tbother me because I don?t mind paying full price, but the sweet little old couple came in with a coupon and he said no thatthey?re not allowed to use it. Even though the specific coupon they were wanting to use was not up on the list of coupons thathe was not accepting. The old couple ended up walking out. Now let?s get to the sandwich. Fortunately today he had bread ready.But the bread was really overcooked and almost stale, not to mention he puts barely any meat or toppings on the sandwich.Everything is very minimal. 2 stars, ONLY because the crew was apologetic about the owners decision to only take SOME of the COUPONS that came in the mail a... couple weeks ago. otherwise it would have been 1 star. of course the coupon i brought for my sandwiches wasn't one they couldaccept. bread was fresh and i got a FREE COOKIE !!! back to FIREHOUSE I GO.
