This used to be the best Subway in Garland but the original crew left and so did the quality. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki but... it looked more like a Veggie Delite. Will stop going here. Read more
New employees beware. I can tell a new one and they seemed honestly scared of the sandwich, or never touched bread before. Newer... people here seem thrown to the wolves with zero training. There is a correct way to make a sandwich, I know there's a Playbookin the back of every restaurant that I've read while working at a few. Why no training? My sandwich was upside down and grosslysaturated with sauce. The poor person didn't even know how to ring me up at the register and even asked me how to be rung up. Placed an online order through the app, watched the order tracking status say order was received, building and ready. Went to... pick up our order only to find the store closed, lights off and no one inside. Store sign says this location closes at9:30pm....am I missing something? Because....how were they making my order when the employees were non-existent--in that store?No one picks up when you call. I watched other customers walk up, call and walk away angrily.my son feels like he was robbedbecause he paid for the order. This is probably one of the most ghetto, unprofessional Subways I have ever been to. Staff was loud and unpleasant while they... served the line. When my turn finally arrived the sandwich maker (seemed like a younger kid, but still) asked me what I wouldlike by saying "whatchu want" As I was about to pay an employee who had apparently just clocked out pushed her way in front ofme at the register and asked a different employee behind to give her 4 chocolate chip cookies (the last 4), leaving none for me.Unprofessional, ghetto, and I left not even wanting to eat my sandwich. Lost my appetite seeing how poorly that place is ran.Awful. Seemed like staff was related or something and they had horrible manners/ customer service. Read more
