The manager Kiera and her employee Noemi were visibly high or drunk. Noemi originally told me that they couldn't scan my barcode... but she didnt even try. So Kiera came over to assist but she could barely see due to being inebriated and had no problemscanning but suggested I must've showed her the wrong thing even though I hadn't done anything but hand her my phone to scan.The whole interaction was just very weird and definitely not the standard that I am accustomed to from Starbucks Read more

Customer service needs to improve. Not all Starbucks have the same friendly staff, so unfortunate.

My friends are always invite me to drink coffee at Starbucks because they know that is always fresh. The guy working at this... location should be working at another location bigger. He's customer service goes beyond what your typical guy does at otherStarbucks. He's more friendly, many have lost that friendliness at other locations. I wish more people like him work at otherStarbucks. You would think that as much as they charge for coffe, would have the same attitude. Read more

After waiting in line for a very long time, Kara forgot to put the syrup in my son's drink. I asked her to please add it, she... was very rude and insisted she had added the Peppermint. I don't mind mistakes, or the extra time, but being rude isn't okay. Read more

Decided to give this Starbucks another try. It has been several months since I got several really bad drinks and I thought maybe... they had figured out how to make a cold brew. I waited 30 minutes and my drink is AWFUL!! It is a very bitter Pumpkin Cream Coldbrew. They didn?t put the pumpkin cream cold brew down on it, I don?t think I should have to ask for that if I order a pumpkincream cold brew!! Guess I will have to keep making my cold brew at home!! The staff is great. However always understaffed and I feel for them. I just say it's really poorly managed on a staffing level.... I don't even attempt to get coffee here anymore. If you do it's like a 20 to 30 minute wait. Not the staffs fault at all.Usually just one person. Really disappointing. You'd have an almost daily patron but I don't even try anymore. Read more
