I'm so tired of having bad experiences here. I just sat at the drive thru speaker for 10-15 mins, no one was there to take an... order, no "hold on" or "one sec." Ordered The corn dog meal along with a footling chilli cheese dog, asked if I could get onions, mustard & sweet relish on my dog... as well. The order taker said sure I can, My order was brought out to my car, I paid for it & even tipped the young man $10.Drive home to realize I didn't get my corn dog, the footling didn't add the onions, mustard or relish! The app likes to change things and not put on what you would like plus you pay for items to be put on and that item isnt even... put on the food so you waste money cause the people on the inside cant even read a screen at this location. So will no longer goto this location since they cant read a screen and make sure the food is correct on what the customer added or took away Read more

Food is the worst. Service too... Every time I come here it's one problem or another. Never the kind of service I get at other... Sonic stores. Last time was 2 packs of ketchup for 5 burgers and a large fries. This time it's been over 10 minutes at thewindow and counting. This time the bag had my burger with one napkin, no ketchup, and no mint. It took the carhop 5 minutes tobring me ketchup..... Horrible service Read more
23 minutes after we finally got to the window and paid, still not burrito and croissant. This is not a one time thing either.... It's always slow and usually the order is wrong too. **Since I can't reply to their comment I'll edit mine. I already did this.Got no response.
