I first visited this location over a year ago and it was great. People were friendly and cup cakes were tasty. We just stumbled... upon this location while visiting from out of state and we liked the place so much that we decided to return here while visitingagain recently. However this time we had a very different experience. We walked in and stood at the counter as we looked at theoptions of cup cakes. One of the employees was re arranging the display at the time. As they finished they finally acknowledgedus only to tell us they were all out of cupcakes. I don't know why you couldn't have mentioned this a bit sooner instead ofletting us waste our time looking at the display trying to decide what we wanted knowing good and well you already sold out. Horrible experience,I ordered what was supposed to be a special cake for my daughter's graduation. When I arrived to pick it up... the cake was cracking so they made an attempt to "fix it" which took about 30-45mins. When I got home (10mins away and drivingsuper slow) it was already falling apart again. I called them and was asked to take it back so they could "fix it"....again.This is the day of graduation so I don't have time to be running back and forth to get a cake fixed, this should not behappening. I asked for a refund since I had paid over $100 for a cake that was not edible. Needless to say we are verydisappointed and I would not recommend this particular location to anyone ever. Read more

The cakes taste very good. I bought a custom cake for a graduation. I paid for a cake to serve 50 people and I was only able to... serve 15 . I paid $110 . 00, for a cake the size of a child?s smash cake . The cake was poorly decorated . The fondant wasfailing off. My sister brought over a cake she paid $60 to serve 20 people . It served exactly 10 small pieces . I?m not surewhy Small Caked at Firewheel is making theirs custom cakes so tiny . I had bought cakes a yr ago that where much bigger andsales price .
