They're usually pretty good, but I've gotten cold fries before. I've also gotten hot, fresh fries, too. The chicken is always... tip-top. Recommended for a fast-food meal. As a customer of a fast food restaurant you want to be able to trust that the food being prepared for you is handled safely. It... is beyond disappointing when a food safety issue is brought up, and a manager simply says, ? So you want free food?? Why would Iwant free food when the chicken strips I received were contaminated with melted plastic. There was no accountability orownership to the unpleasant experience that I received there.
