This Popeyes can?t get the order right. They forgot our sides and the chicken was dry like wood and ugly. The Biscuits was hard... like hockey pucks. I called Popeyes and they said bring it back we will replace the order. Gas is to dang high to be goingaround in circles & Popeyes need to get it right when the order is placed and paid for it! Twice! I've gone through the drive thru and PAY for an extra order of fries, twice I've been charged and not received them!!!... Lesson learned, I will hold up the line next time to make sure my order is complete before I drive off. Read more
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. FOR GOD'S SAKE... First off all, I say all the drive thru mic for about 2 mins before I decided to... drive around to the window. One worker looked at me and walked away from my sight. Then another worker came to the window andsaid that the headset went dead. Then I ordered my food and asked could I have gotten it fresh. I was told the tenders werefresh. But they had to make my fries. So I said, I would pay more for fresh tenders as well. She said that she was sure thatthey were fresh. I was asked to pull up to the front as my FRIES were cooked. And the photos are proof of what I witnessed. Theywere eating food on the counter while my food was being SLOWLY PREPARED. And they had about 8 people on the clock. As you cansee... THEY WERE NOT WORKING AT ALL. And I was the only customer there at the time. Two big signs going dine for 2 $11.99 after waiting 7 min on the Drive thru and ready to order i ask to get this special ; the... answer i get we are not doing that anymore !!! I was so disappointed at this location, As much as I love Popeyes, I have visited several locations around the state of Texas... and Louisiana. I ordered two 3 pieces combo meals with extra biscuits at the speaker,when I got to the window I was asked whatmy order was, the crew seemed to be confused in what they were doing, as I saw all of them they were not wearing gloves,hearnets,they were scratching their wigs constantly on top of that I waited over 20 minutes at the window. What kind of service isthis I wonder myself at that time, where is the manager to take control of the situation? When finally my order was given,Iasked why it took so long? I ordered 5 piece with two regular sides and two biscuits. The fries was stale and the other side that i asked for (mashed... potatoes) they gave me rice and gravy. I also only received one biscuit. I should've read the reviews before coming here! Read more
Every time I go inside this place at night this tall light skin black guy with dreads have a frown on his face, ain?t never... smiling or saying welcome to Popeyes just mad at you for wanting to eat there, it start with management so I?m really not goneblame him, maybe their desperate and need employees so they not worried about customer service, but if someone refuse to eat oldchicken you apologize and offer them better chicken, you shouldn?t ask the customer if he wants a refund giving off energy likeyou want to fight me cause I ask for better chicken, no I don?t want a refund I want the Popeyes chicken I see on TV, and I?mnot expecting their employee to want to fight me cause I want better chicken, the correct way is well will you like to wait forfresh chicken, not take what I give you or your money back Read more
