I ended up stuck in an extremely slow drive through line. They added something extra to what I ordered and I had already paid.... When I got to the window they seemed confused about my order and couldn?t find it. I was asked to park and they?d run it out tome (this happened after 25 min wait). When I parked I looked at my receipt and it was wrong so I walked in, got a refund andsaid hasta la vista wont be back here ever again. I was perplexed as to why I saw a manager (judging by dress) and anotheremployee just chatting outside the restaurant the whole time I was there when it was painfully obvious they needed to be insidehelping. 43 minutes waiting in line. Couldn't turn away because onces your in the line theres no turning back. Plus had to wait after... ordering. Once we where next to order the guy keep telling us to wait and I wanted to order more stuff but it was like the guyin the drive thru just wanted me finish with my order. Didnt even order drinks. Ordered 2 Spicy Brest meals, one was correct the other put a thigh instead of the breast might have thought I wouldn't notice.... Had to drive all the way back to get the correct price I paid for. We waited for more than 10 minutes for our order. We order spicy chicken they didn't have any ready that's the reason we waited.... They made the chicken gave us the wrong one. My son's chicken nuggets were over cooked. The fries were over cooked. The gravy onthe mashed potatoes were water down. Read more
Popeyes is my favorite chicken, but this time they way over cooked it and or , it set under the heat light too long. I guess... 5:00 is not a hood time to get it? We ordered the $11special, their 5 peice and 2 sides. I don't understand why it wasn't servedfresh at dinner time. I'm gonna go back and hopefully it's great like it usually is. I'll let you know. Worst service I have ever encountered. Manager and employees refuse to do there job. Disrespectful behavior. Will never come... here again and wouldn't suggest anyone else ever does.
