They forgot my nuggets, I called the store to let them know if I can be credited so I wouldn?t have to make the trip back, but... no answer and the phone kept sounding like they picked up but no one spoke. Anyways, I went back and told them I was just therebut was missing my nuggets and he said pull up to the window. I pulled up to the window and was trying to give them the receiptand the boy just handed me the box but never apologized or anything. No words came out of his mouth and he just shut thewindow. Chicken was good even if it was a tad dry. Ordered 6 pies and only received 5 but was given an option to replace the other pie... with a small side item. Wasn't busy at. Read more
We go through the drive thru and order a 2 can dine meal, and at this point they already were taking a long time just to take... our order, but we get to the window pay and get the food, and luckily before we left I check the food and instead of our food wehave a box of 6 biscuits? Who's goes to Popeyes and orders 6 dry biscuits? And they weren't short staffed there was about 6-8people just in the back of the store. Horrible service Read more
Not the best experience I've had at Popeyes. The gentleman that took the order was very short and didn't sound like he wanted to... assist. Also they didn't have chicken on hand and it took over 25 minutes to make new, your a fried chicken place you shouldhave it on hand. Additionally they only had lemonade and sweet tea available?? Probably won't be back to this one. I had to goin to get my order and found out the problem, there was only teenagers working the FOH operations and one kid trying to spearhead a handful others to work. The only adult on site was the dishwasher. With a management structure there is potential in theyoung man that was trying to hold it together today! Read more
Hi, I have to add to the horrible experience at this Popeyes. There was no line, but the greeting was not your average morning... or Popeyes greet. I tried to repeat my order multiple times and the person finally understood. When we pulled up just gave thetotal and didn't ask if we wanted condiments or anything else. We ordered a flavored lemonade said they were out. Food was atleast warm, and what we ordered. The horrible service made us worried. Read more
Worst SERVICE EVER@ POPEYES - chicken in Garland/ TX on Beltline / N. Shiloh Rd. Apparently the drive Thru closes@8:45 at this... location not 10 PM like the sign on the window say ...I had to pull up to the window and knock on the window for help. The ladycame to the window, opened it up and looked at me like I was interrupting her dinner... apparently I was because in her othergreasy hand was the chicken she was eating. I was like, WHAT THA...? What you want! Was how she greeted me. I asked, "are youall open?"She was annoyed with me question, I guess because it was 9pm and they had a whole hour left to be fryingchicken. Anyways, she continued being rude, charged me$18 for 2-2 PC. Meals. The drinks tasted like water with Sprite in it andmy SPICY 2PC White was overcooked 2 PC chicken trimmings.
