The pizza is actually really good, its the service, the employees that answer the phone. They are not friendly. I called in at... 9:25pm on Jan 1st 2022 and was told they are no longer taking orders just that blunt no im sorry or whatever. Upset ???? Read more
I was absolutely appalled with the manager and employees at this store. I went to visit my parents this evening and they asked... me to pick up pizza for the family. We ordered ahead, I waited the 15 minutes they said and went to pick up. I paid with acredit card but request to have a $20 broken so I could give my parents extra money back. Rebecca said she couldn't and Iassumed it was due to me paying with a card and couldn't open the drawer. After 2 other customers paid in cash I asked while thedoor was open if she would mind breaking the bill then. She refused with an attitude and said that it would mess up her drawerso I asked the lady at the other side of the counter and with an attitude she said no she wouldn't so I asked to speak to themanager and explain to him I was just trying to give cash back to my parents and I would appreciate him breaking it anywaypossible even if that were ones. He opened the drawer look down and said nope sorry can't help you rolled his eyes and walkedaway. Then I watch our three pizzas come out of the oven get boxed up and they put them in the warming machine and had me waitan additional 15 minutes after already being there 15 minutes waiting at that time. I asked the manager's name and I asked thegirls at the counter's names and they rudely told me that they were not allowed to give out personal information. This was themost unprofessional experience I've ever had in a business. What happened to the mentality of a customer purchasing from acompany is paying the company for a service the company is only in business because they have customers. It makes no sense thatthey would treat customers so poorly, so disrespectfully, and think that their business is ever going to thrive. Not only havethey just lost the 20 regular customers of our family close to that location but I will tell everybody I know about how horriblethis experience was. Omg ???? it was my first time eating here and due to me being pregnant ???? I can?t eat all my favorite foods. But if you want... fresh real pizza made with fresh ingredients and flavorful sauce. This place here is THE PIZZA PLACE TO EAT AT EVERYTIME ITSWORTH EVERY PENNY DOLLAR AND DIME. If it had 10 stars ?? ?????????????????? I?d give it all of them. Also use the app it?s fastand efficient. I was going to order my usual Pizza Hut supreme pizza tonight, but saw an ad for Pizza Patron. I'd heard of the place but never... tried it, so I figured why not.... I got a 2 specialty pizza deal and ordered their supreme pizza and the chicken bacon alfredopizza online. I got there at the time it indicated they would be ready (place was not busy) and they were. (Check off one itemin the review.) Checked to see that I got the pizzas I ordered - which I did. Upon opening the boxes my first thought was thatthey were kinda skimpy on the toppings. They didn't look like the pictures on the website. The taste of them was okay. Thesupreme had the tiniest touch of spice (heat) to it. Which was fine since it's a 'Latin' version of a pizza. I actuallypreferred the overall taste of the chicken bacon alfredo pizza vs the supreme. (I usually get a supreme because I believe thatthe more ingredients the better the pizza.) But neither of them made me say "WOW, that's a great pizza!" The crust was okay -not cardboard like and not mushy. But wishing they had more varieties to the crust one can order. Most likely I won't be backthough. Still prefer the Hut.... Read more
bad experience today. I ordered 2 pizzas 4 toppings and 1 topping pizza with extra sauce. as i drove off i inspected it and saw... my 4 topping pizza was undercooked. i brought it back they reheated my pizza and when i looked at it, it still looked bad. ididn't argue nor did i say anything else i just took them and left... nothing was offered to make it right and what is worsethey never made it right... i wont be back at a Pizza Patron because of this... ill stick with Papa Johns. their pizza is greatand decently priced. Everything I place an order ahead of time they prepare it far too early, when I arrive to pick my pizzas up they are barely... warm. Barely enjoyable. And now that it's the next day and I didn't want to call at 9:15 to tell them I got cold pizza they'retreating it like an investigation. I just want a nice warm pizza that I paid for not the microwave dinner that I got. Read more
