Feb. 26 2022 I ordered a pizza and it ended up being messed up and had ham on it. And I don?t eat ham. As you can see, the... special one had no ham, but the pizza did. So I sent the photo to the manager working and ended up getting two free pizzas forthe next time I had ordered, so a couple weeks later, if not about a month later, we decided we were to order pizza again. Andthis time. They didn?t put ham. But they put hamburger. Which is a lot better than ham. I?ll eat hamburger. It just isn?t myfavorite. And I can?t give them a one star because at least the flavor was there, but both times I had ordered, my pizza waswrong. That?s very disappointing. Will not return my business willingly. Read more
My family is vegan. We enjoy papa John's because it's easy to order vegan. My son is also autistic and has a very strong love... for the bread sticks. If I do not call after placing my order I'll get it wrong (it'll come with cheese or none of my sauceswill come ect) but tonight I didn't call (which I shouldn't have to do) and I recieved someone else's order but the driverdidn't even stay when I opened the door he was already gone. We got someone else's order and it was obviously not vegan so wecouldn't even eat it. I spent almost an hour calling the restaurant and no one would answer and I had my son crying to me askingfor his food so I just drove up there (which defeats the purpose of delivery but I digress) and I wasn't even greeted to startwith . I explained my problem and someone else was called over and he told me "at this point I would have just kept it" okay soI'm supposed to suffer because of YOU? I explained that I had been calling for an hour and was told "we've just left the phonewe're too busy" which made me so mad because I was actually calling from two different phones selecting different options justtrying to get someone to pick up. Incredibly annoying. And because I know it would take another hour to get my order I askedfor a refund. No apology, no compensation, nothing. This was my last straw with this location I will literally pay more toget delivery from a further location to insure this doesn't happen again. I have worked in food service so I understand it'shard but there's no excuse for poor customer service. Read more
Their food is always amazing, those bread sticks?? DELICIOUS!!! The last time I did take out and the employees seemed a little... overwhelmed with all the orders. All in all, my food was great and they are pretty fantastic at making sure there's no dairy onmy food. (Dairy allergy) Read more
