Look what I got for a spicy crispy chicken!! A DARK, COLD AND OLD FOOD. I ARRIVED TO MY HOUSE AND THIS WAS MY SURPRISE.
Wow, stood at the counter waiting for the cashier to finish using her cell phone then playing with the fry basket. She finally... acknowledged us to let us know we could use the kiosk to order. Only two people in the restaurant. Asked about purchasing someHalloween buckets and were told we had to pay happy meal prices for them. Sorry will take my business somewhere else. Read more
This McDonald's is disgusting!! Waited 40min to pay after placing my order in the kiosk because they wouldn't take orders at the... cash register even if you only had cash. After paying no joke I waited over a hour to get the food. Only reason I waited isbecause I had already paid. When they finally give me my order to go it's missing more than half of what was ordered and theyhad no drinks other than water, frozen coke, hot coffee no other fountain drinks or smoothies. Sense I didn't want any of thoseI asked for my money back. Manager clearly said "IM NOT GIVING MONEY BACK" "PICK ANOTHER DRINK" Hispanic manager she was veryrude. I understand fast food is hard but the she even locked the doors so nobody else would come in. Again when I check order iswrong. Just left it there... $18 completely waisted only because employees can't handle rush hour like it's expected from them. Read more
gave us mixture of old coffee and tea when i had ordered coke. they even said they had stopped making it hours ago so obviously... it was super old. tasted like it came from the drain. burger order was also totally and wrong (supposed to be double quarterpounder) and super rude employees. waited here way too long Read more
This McDonalds spends more time closed than open. I don't think the franchise owner is aware of this because I would like to... know what excuses the store managers gives them on such a small sales platform since being hired. Somebody need to get involvedbecause this may be the first McDonalds I have every seen closed down in my life. Order #1355 12:38pm I have never been to a McDonalds that so blatently makes food in a disrespectful way. I?ll say this before i... start on what was awful? The girl who took my order today was EXCEPTIONAL! There was zero line ahead of me and the parking lotwas not busy. The girl giving food out the window forgot our straws and did not speak in a way that could be understood. I askedfor honey and specifically said NOT honey mustard? I received honey mustard anyway and was then told ?we dont have honey? wellmaybe ASK the customer what they?d prefer instead of giving them exactly what they said they DID NOT want? The sodas werecompletely watered down and had about 10 pieces of ice in them each. The medium fries were each half full. Lastly, and the mostfrustrating, is that I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and ketchup only. I recieved that burger DRENCHED inketchup, as seen in the photo attached. People come through the drive through typically to eat food while their on the go,correct? How on earth could that burger be eaten while in the car without being covered in ketchup?! Some of the employees here we're talking racial slurs, and were rude. But this here! These bathrooms were nasty AF. Imagine the... sink where you wash your hands to make them clean. Imagine the employees using this nasty bathroom, then going to prepare yourfood. Gross. I only came for some coffee. Thank God. UPDATE: The incompetence is real!!! I ordered a coffee with sugar freevanilla. The manager handed me the coffee and I asked if it was sugar free. She said "it didn't say that". I said it did, Ican't have sugar. She didn't let me finish talking and walked away. She went back and "made" another one. I was driving andstarted spinning. It was my blood sugar going high because she must have used the same cup or put the syrup with sugar again! Iwill never come here for coffee again. Thank God I had my medication with me. Read more
One of my least favorite McDonald's around. Perfect example I'm currently sitting in their drive thru and I been here awhile, ... you can't order at box They said pull up to window and this line isn't moving 3 cars have literally just drove off this isridiculous They are super slow all times of the day, almost every time I want an ice cream cone or shake the machine isn'tworking or whatever.
