There was hair on my hamburger and no staff was wearing a hairnets
Just spent 25 bucks on food. 2 sandwhiches, 4 fries, 2 chicken nuggets. After getting the drink wrong and reluctantly getting... the correct drink, the girl at the window gives us 3 sauces. I ask for different sauce. She says that'll be 10 cents each. Shewanted to inconvenience me because I "inconvenienced" her by asking for the correct drink. I smiled and said okay please swapout this one ranch for the other sauce. She played dumb (I hope lol) and said ""hhuuuuhhh" (like Goofy) . Then gave me mysauce. This is why we shouldn't pay entry level jobs 15/hour. If you cannot be petty or have to be rude to take orders andserve customers you don't deserve no 15 an hour lol. You aren't that special. They literally lied about putting my coupon in so my card kept declining, they made me give them my fries back and probably ate... them, then I tried to order on the app and it went through fine but their line took 10 min before it moved up one spot and theinside was locked so I couldn?t even explain to them why I was back. I ended up leaving because I had already spent 40 minuteswaiting going through the first line plus the 10 min I tried to wait the second time. How hard is it to put a coupon in?! Terrible service. We walked in and the employees were busy. My wife said excuse me to ask if someone could help her with the... app. Jenny (the manager?) said they don't do that. After waiting a little more, someone came to help us and Jenny told them no,don't help them. Another customer waiting in line said "they're always like this" and followed us out. I can understand beingbusy and getting stressed, but there's never an excuse for spiteful service. Read more
One of the better McDonald's locations. The food is always hot and service is super fast. This location has great fries that are... cooked golden and delicious. The staff is always friendly either in the lobby or when you're going through the drive-thru. Theyalso offer a garland ISD 10% discount to all Garland employees. And not to mention this place also has a player area orplayground inside for kids to play. Read more

This particular McDonald's restaurant was recently remodeled. I must say it is very clean inside and through drive thru, the... employees give you great service and they're always smiling and in Good Moods, and the food seems to taste much better thanother locations I have been to. I ordered the Double Quarter Pounder, medium fries and large drink and my fries I requested tobe fresh they were excellent! My burger tasted well-seasoned and juicy. This truly is a great location and I don't mind drivinga little bit far to it because the food is really delicious and that's because I have a McDonald's right around the corner fromwhere I live and I hardly go there! Good food and good service. The thing I don't like is having 2 drive through lines, but 1 cashier ( a traffic issue).
