The morning shift doesn't enter your code if you use the McDonald's app. They manually change it so you don't receive any... points. If you order coffee with sugar and cream, you'll likely be missing one. The two ladies working 11/15/22 6am just havehorrible customer service and they'll repeatedly talk about you in Spanish with their back turned towards you and be visiblelyupset with you for wanting your order corrected. My wife and I normally come every morning to this location but we just can'ttake spirits like tar so early in the morning to start our day. Placed a mobile curbside order & sat outside for at least 15 min. Went inside & my order was sitting on the counter. The... employee handed me the bag and my cup for me to fill up & said, ?we were waiting on the fries, sorry we couldn?t bring it out?.The fries were cold which means they had been sitting there the entire time. TAKE MOBILE CURBSIDE off as an option if you don?twant to bring it outside. Read more

Never had issues until recently they just don?t want to fill up our sodas to the top ???? I love McDonald?s coke and they... literally leave the top empty. It?s just them being lazy wish they would stop doing that everytime I go. Read more
Last few times I've been here I've waited over 15 minutes for something simple like an iced coffee or a McChicken and there's... only 1 or 2 other people in the dining area. I don't get it, this is the worst run store I've been to. Half the time they areout of items I've ordered and aren't sure what they actually have that they can serve. Been waiting in line for 20 minutes. Only 4 cars ahead. Not sure why they are so slow unless someone ordered something big;... either have them just go inside or have them wait at the pill in pickup. Been here twice and have always waited so long,probably understaffed. Just got our food and it tastes terrible, fries are stale. Thought we were waiting for something fresh.Will never come back, waste of time and money. Read more

I mainly go to McDonald's for breakfast nowadays. Never have any issues, except the long lines lol. The parking lot is really... small so it's easier to park away from the building. Overall it's McDonald's, you really only grade it by how many times theymess up your order. Read more
