I Went in to buy bread for my coffee while I was choosing the bread I noticed there was... mold on a piece I got I noticed there was mold on the rest of the bread while I go get the lady her response was ?Well don?t getany bread? after I told her the bread was moldy and she just walked away and started doing other stuff she didn?t even bother totake the bread out I ended up leaving with out anything because it?s like they don?t care about their store. went to get some meat with my mom and we only got 3 types and some tortillas and the cashier charged us for 4 meats and when we... asked for a refund the manager refused because somehow in the camera it showed us taking more ? when even the cashier lady saidwe only took 3 types of meats and some tortillas, the manager would not give us a refund at all until the cashier lady gave usthe money from her pockets, they charged us for some 23 dollar tablitas when we didn?t even take any tablitas, this place use tobe our go to place but it has gone completely down hill, do better . Decent branch with friendly folk although while not maintaining appropriate distancing. The marinated fajita meat is what I... usually come here for and the only problems I've ever had with the meat is inconsistent marination. The butchers have alwaysbeen outgoing and polite but I do speak the same language which facilitates a positive experience. COVID: I guess I came duringa peak hour or something because this place was absolutely filled. Employees were mostly wearing masks but I don't recall muchelse due to departing upon seeing how packed it was inside. About ? of the customers were wearing masks at the time of my visit. Read more
Love the freshly made tortillas and the seasoning of the fajita meat! We always get everything we need for fresh guacamole. The... only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because one of the times we went the jalapenos needed to be replaced and were prettypruned up. Also they were out of cilantro and what was left needed to be put in the trash. This only happened once and we willcontinue to shop here. Read more
