If I could give 0 stars I would. They forget items you pay for, there is 0 customer service, and I am sick of it. I know 1... person doesn't matter but I won't be ordering from kfc anymore on the basis of not just this location but all. I didn't like KFC for a long time, but it has become my favorite place for fried chicken. The pieces are nice-sized, juicy, and... fried to order. I like their special fries too. The prices are good in today's world. This restaurant was clean and theemployees were friendly enough. Read more

Their chicken is the WORST!! I?ve been here several times hoping the next time would be better than the last but nope! You got... young workers that just want to goof around on the job. Yesterday I went through the drive thru and while I was ordering thegirl was laughing and was not helpful at all. I get my chicken it?s drenched in grease and the crust was stale and chewy! Told them two different times we did not want any mayo on the chicken littles. There was of course mayo on the chicken littles.... My wife ordered the BBQ chicken strips and the chicken looks like it's been sitting out all day. Never going here again. I'vehad issues with KFC every single time I've gone and this is the last straw. If you can't listen to basic instructions then youshouldn't be working in the food industry, plain and simple. This location is alway very good. Food is always fresh and the customer service is great.
