went there during business open hours at drive-thru. told on the speaker we are sorry but actually closed. All the open signs... were on and the hours listed on google is 24hrs. Get some actual employees that wanna work! Very upsetting as I actually droveout of my way to get there only to be refused any service. ZERO STARS.....ZERO SERVICE....SHAME Read more

I went through the drive thru around 11:40pm and ordered two 3 taco meals and 3 egg rolls. All of our food was cold and not... good. I tried calling the store but it just goes to a fax. I went in person the next day and tried talking to the manager Able.I explained to him how our food wasn't good and I didn't get a receipt. He said I needed to bring in something. I told him againthat I wasn't given a receipt. He told me to go dig in my trash and bring him something! I couldn't believe how rude he was so Iwent home and dug in my trash and brought him what was left and showed him the food. He said I needed to bring all the foodback! I told him why didn't he say that from the beginning instead of making me dig in the trash! He made it seem he just neededproof that we were there because he was too lazy to look up my order! He laughed in my face and shook his hand in my facetelling me to go away! I have never in my life been treated this disrespectful and unprofessional. He didn't apologize for thebad service and had no professional customer service skills. I am outraged that someone as unprofessional and rude as him is amanager at this store! He did absolutely nothing to handle the situation and insulted me and laughed at me! He should be fired! Read more

Had ordered through the app for delivery & drivers kept changing. Couldn't cancel delivery, well 2 hours later one driver text... me and says restaurant told them it had been picked up & that people kept coming for order, they couldn't clear it out of systemeither. Told that driver order never came. I finally went to restaurant myself & re ordered everything & took it home. Need toadd cancellation ability to app. Hopefully who ever got our food enjoyed it. 1st time this has ever happened. Read more

So most of the time this Jack In The Box is pretty on point, I recently ordered the new Roost Fries and substituted curly fries,... they tasted great but had not one piece of chicken on them, which they come with. I went in the next day, and had a goodattitude with them about the situation and they took care of me in return. They made me a whole new order of the spicy RoostFries and loaded them up with chicken, they tasted amazing, 10 out of 10. I believe I heard the girl who took care of my ordersay Anette when she went to the back to speak to the manager on duty about the mishap. So props to Anette and the 2 girlsworking with her for making the situation right. I really appreciate it. Read more

There's 2 different kinds of patty melts here. Single patty 5$and double patty 8$ with combo. Which is crazy. Patty melts like... Whataburger is always 2 patties. Jack in the box is not so good. Even with the sourdough bread. Sonic's patty melt is good . Butif you really want a real patty melt just go to Whataburger Read more

Good and quick service. The food was hot and they were friendly. The floor was clean and I appreciated that they have tap to... pay; their machine showed Google and Apple pay. I used Samsung pay. Read more
