The food is always good but the inside atmosphere is very restricted. I really needed to use the restroom so I went to the... bathroom that was open and looked accessible. Not even a minute later they bang on the door pretty aggressively. I come out asfast as I can and they tell me the bathroom is not for customer use. I told them I was unaware. They were very rude and wasgiving me rude looks like I wasn't going to buy anything. I bought a 25 and ate outside since the inside is still closed. Read more

The worst jack n the box I?ve ever experienced. I never been the type to leave a review but they need to change the person in... the drive thru. Messed up my order twice after repeating it to her several times both times. Then they gave me an old patty. Iwon?t ever go back. I?ll eat a 7/11 pizza before I go back there again. Burger was cold. Only got a chocolate milk shake. Was fairly good. Definitely not my favorite place to eat.

Lets begin by if I could give 0 stars I would. I went thru the drive thru and was given my order and never paid attention to... them not giving me a receipt nor my card back. Well when I realized it I immediately called and after a few tries someoneanswered I explained that I couldve left my card there and she said no that nothing was left behind. Second try I called andmentioned I?ve looked thru my bags and inside my car since I never got out of it and no receipt nor my card was found. Onceagain she how long ago did you come? I said no more than 20 minutes well she was able to locate my receipt but still no card.After about 30 minutes she contacted me saying a customer had found my card in the parking lot. Im confused at this pointbecause I went thru the drive thru not the lobby but anywho I go back for my card and i ask for my receipt and was told theworker had left and they couldnt give me a receipt. So I ask for their store location number and guy says its 7 11 I think. Soat this point im afraid they could?ve tooken a picture of my card and made all this up.
