Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at aby Grandys. The food was CRUSTY like it's been under the warmer all day or was... from yesterday! Food was great. But store needs a good deep cleaning. Men's room smelt like every thing in the was urinated on. On the... dividers it look like mold or something was growing on the metal. We will stick to the Grandy's by Town East Mall. Read more
This place is Dirty, first of all! These lazy employees need to learn how to deep clean correctly! Windows, tables, doors,... bathrooms, and sooo on ! I went to pick up lunch for my coworkers and decided to go inside since I had several orders & wanted to make sure it was... correct. The cashier was very rude. I asked to speak to the manager. She said "he is busy" & preceeded to make several drivethru orders & then when someone else came inside she took his order. Never once letting the manager know I was waiting to talkto him. I eventually got in my car & drove to the drive thru window to speak to the manager. At which point I explained thatall I was trying to do was get lunch for my coworkers and did not appreciate the way his employee had treated me. I asked forher name and he told me I will take care of it. I asked him several times and he finally said Flor. Which I am not sure Ibelieve. I told him I would be including it in my survey. I have gone there many times before. And even when they messed up myorder I returned. But I will not be returning again. Blatant rudeness is not acceptable in the service industry. If you hateyour job so much then quit. Don't ruin someone else's day with your bad attitude. Read more
Bought their 10 piece chicken dinner with fried okra and Cole slaw and rolls. Also bought two cinnamon rolls. Everything was... GREAT and tasted like home cooking. The Cole slaw was not soaked in mayonnaise which made it better and the fried okra wasdelicious. Will visit again. Wish they had orders for wings and livers. Read more
This location was almost completely empty upon our arrival. No wait for service. Food was made very quickly. The macaroni... &cheese is made with creamy cheese and not the powder kind.
