Waited seven minutes to order. I literally took my daughter to the restroom and came back before my husband ordered even though... there was no one else in the lobby, he asked for honey mustard with the kids meal and she didn't bother to tell him they don'tcome with sauce. Which is weird as it is. The order came out with her meal and his, not mine though. Still 3 more minutes onthe sandwich after about 5 minutes of waiting. He asked for her honey mustard and the woman "oh I'd have to charge you". Wellmaybe you should have said that when he ordered and he would have said please do? Some kids like sauce on their tenders. Iasked if golden chick was so hard up they couldn't provide sauce and she did give us one. My chicken sandwich was notcompletely cooked through. Not raw or pink but the middle was cool and the texture was not of cooked chicken. I'm assuming the"three more minutes" on my chicken was really, "oh we forgot to cook one". People were rude, and the store was trashy with allthe larger tables very dirty. I love their chicken sandwiches here. Their fries are mediocre but there?s something about that sandwich. It?s not a spicy one... but there?s spice to it. Always crispy. Guy had a bad attitude in the drive thru. That container of mashed potatoes is supposed to be family sized and it's half filled.... Y'all charge like $5 for this. The scant dusting on the chicken is supposed to be their spicy chicken. Never again. Don't bothercoming here. Money is better spent elsewhere. Read more
Avoid this location if you can! I got almost no gravy with my meal, my drink is all syrup, my tenders were half the size of... other locations, and to top it all off they gave me ketchup packets that are all covered in what looks like some kind of mold!This meal cost me almost $30 and is inedible! So disappointed on this location! First of all the drive through took forever, there was about 9 cars in front of us and some... got out because of the wait and then there was 5 more behind us, but because we were around the area we decided to stay. Theircustomer service was okay, it slacks a bit on the customer service! Food was horrible! I got the chicken salad sandwich, whichthe bread was hard as a rock! I ordered mashed potatoes and the gave me nothing but gravy and NO mash. And the chicken was justnot good. I had to throw my meal away. And how to go back for them to take about 30-40min ! So! I order from Uber Eats from this location. My EXTRA half dozen rolls arrive flat like a pancake and cooked crisp like a flat... bread pizza. I called the store asked to speak with a supervisor, and "TONY" (probably a fake name) stated there is nosupervisor in duty. But immediately starts deflecting about the issue. I said, all I need you to due is acknowledge the issueand offer to make this right! I am so fed up with ordering apps, and damaged customer service. But they never own up.
