Some of the seats were torn open, the vents were filthy, the water tasted like it was from the hose. Food was as expected- like... I remembered from years ago. The waitress was kind, however she was getting yelled at by her supervisor for whatever reason --Definitely, not appropriate in front of customers. Had my worst ever experience at a Chili's here. We were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait, but were not seated until after we... asked after half an hour. We waited another 10 minutes before we were served, and another 20 minutes before our orders weretaken. We then waited another 30 minutes for our food, which came out piecemeal with appetizers, drink orders and entrees inrandom order; in the meantime, our drinks sat empty without refills. Two in our party didn't eat their food because it arrivedlukewarm. In their defense, a manager came to speak with us, and took items off our bill, and no one was ever rude to us. Butthe poor quality of the food and snail's pace of the service on a Monday night when the floor of the restaurant was largelyempty were disappointing. Read more
