We were in the Garland-Richardson area of Dallas, TX so we dined in after ordering 2 Bacon chicken sandwich meals & a Whopper... with heavy everything. We asked for our chicken to be cooked fresh as we waited. The crew lady that took our order brought it toour table. My mother said the chicken seemed freshly cooked as well the fries but when I bit into my Whopper the hamburger pattytasted cold & dry. I thought about taking it back for a freshly cooked one but I didn't want to wait any longer than we alreadyhad since, we live in Collin County which is a good drive home & it's been a long day going to appointments. It could have beenbetter with the Whopper but the place looked like they only had 1 crew wearing drive thru headset & working front counterregister with 1asstistant manager making sandwiches & fries around 4-5pm time. So don't get me wrong, I love BK. But this location is the worst. The manager closed it at 9pm, not just the dining room either,... the whole place, at 9pm. There wasn't a power outage, the store still had some lights on and she was locking up as I pulled in.She told me they're closed. No reason was given and I had to find somewhere else to eat. This location is far from my favorite.The door says 12am. Google says 12am. But she closed at 9pm. Read more
I just ordered from this location and once my food was delivered to me it was cold and my order was also wrong. My onion rings... where cold, hard, and they tasted like they had recooked them. I had to call the store and a employee answered the phone andtold me that the manger was gone for the day . I know i have worked as a restuartant manger for 10 yrears, I know there has tobe a manger on duty at all times. The employee was fluent in English and we both really couldnt understand each other very well.I will never eat as the location again I would advise anyone to eat here as well. Read more
Great service, very happy personality and greeted everyone that came through the door. She even remembered certain customers,... asking them, "Where have you been, we missed seeing you". She even knew their orders. Read more
It's not a good place to work at if you need a job to support yourself. The food is disgusting that I can't even stomach most of... the food they have, except for a few breakfast options. The fries are mushy and half-cooked, the burgers and sandwiches are toobad to eat, and too oily. It's terrible how much the main manager doesn't put more effort to teach her employees and herself tocreate a better place for serving people. The restaurant has ants behind the self-serve station. The lack of care for airconditioning leaves a health hazard with the heat constantly on, so its hard for people when it's hot outside. Unfortunately the worst experience at a BK multiple times. Closed early, missing food options, bad drive thru speaker and... chaotic communication at the window. Plenty of other options nearby! Hopefully they switch out the staff or put a differentoption here soon. Read more

The window person was clearly high and was forgetting everything i told her i wanted and they didn?t put bacon on a bacon burger... and forgot my fries and almost forgot my drink! Worst burger king iv ever been too. They also Gave me small patties instead ofthe normal large ones. Read more
