In the past, this was my go to. Tonight, the lobby: all tables dirty, trash on floors; drive thru/kitchen, floor a mess; order... counter: cashier didn?t know how to take cash payment or count change, shake machine was a disaster area. Food arrived 1 minuteafter ordered and before employee started my shake. Food:cold fries and meat patty. Attendant was at counter on her phone untilI approached counter and said I was ready to order. I gave two stars because the staff were very friendly when I came in and food came out quickly and was pretty good. But the... store really needs some deep cleaning. It?s pretty filthy. I?m sure it?s tough on understaffed/underpaid workers but there wasso much dirt and grime on the soda machines, and down on the counters, trash cans, chairs, floor, etc. it even has a bit of asmell to it. I have okay service the few times I have eaten here. I went today and was so disappointed in the service. Very unfriendly in... the drive up. They guy was chewing on a spoon the entire interaction. This place is always very busy in the evenings and on weekends, so service isn't always ideal, but had a young man who seemed to... know what he was doing and was even helping a trainee. Ice cream is always a good choice, and my grandson had his first Braum'sburger with fries. The fries could have cooked a little longer and he said the burger was adequate, but not great! Typically when I go there their food is good, but there have been a couple times when I'll go at a different time and I can tell... it'll be a different cook. Cause the food will be over cooked some. Unfortunately there are times when the wait time is long dueto low on staff during certain shifts. The main workers I've seen be there are great though! I ordered a large vanilla frozen yougurt in a cake cone and this what I got lol I told the lady can you put more ice cream in it... there?s barely anything in it and I asked for a large not a drip of it and she told me oh sorry I don?t know how to make it lolwhat a joke.
