Arrived at 5:52 pm and the open sign was lit up. Once I parked, all the lights were turned off, even though it says they are... open until 7pm online. Don't go to this ghetto, lazy subway. Go the extra mile to one in a better neighborhood that believes inserving their customers until the time they are scheduled to close. Even if they were on early hours and closed at 6pm, I wasstill there before close. Read more
So the last couple times I went to order on the app this location is listed as closed so I would order from the BP gas station... not too far away.This time I was right in front and wanted to use the buy 2 get one free from the app, It was 7:00 p.m., saysclosed but they're open until 8:00 if you go in. Ask for the buy 2 get one free, they said online only, I asked how I could dothat when the app says they're closed. Manager says it shuts down every day at 6:30 And if I want it I would have to pay fullprice But it doesn't shut down at 6:30 They are just doing that for their particular store to avoid honoring promotion. Been in this neighborhood for the last 13 years and not sure how long this Subway has been here, but it's my favorite one... around. The same 2 guys have been there for years and they are fast, friendly, the store always is nice and clean. Only downside is how small it is. There is not really anywhere to set besides like 1 table... although in this area now, I don't blamethem for not having a bunch of tables. All in all, if you are looking for a decent sandwich, I would recommend them. Read more
A typical Subway. Most visits are fine, the staff is polite, food is good, seating/customer is clean. I have had less enjoyable... visits when they may have been understaffed or overwhelmed by a rush of customers, but I understand and find it reasonableenough. Other times, certain staff members or crew combination have exceeded my expectations and delivered an exceptionalcustomer experience. Read more
Seems like new ownership. None of the same workers that used to be so friendly. Also, I just paid $4.75 for a 6" turkey. Did... they raise prices? Finally, my so-called six inch sub actually measured 5 inches. There's another Subway not far from here. I'm going to start going there. Read more
I always get the same sub every visit. Tastes the same every time, which is good. Staff is friendly.
