I called and placed order at 1:45 and I got my delivery at 4:15. My pizza was ice cold because it got here 3 hours later I... placed order. I called to complaint and manager and employees would just keep putting me on hold and then hang up. When Ifinally talk to someone they said there is nothing they can do and just hung up the phone and then never answered the phone. Don't get me wrong, Domino's...I greatly appreciate when national chains are willing to venture into the hood and plant... themselves within delivery distance of my home. But if you then proceed to hire the first addicts and street people you findhiding behind your dumpster, we are not actually getting a Domino's Pizza at all; we are getting the same old lazy service andcold pizzas we can get from our mom and pops. The next time you- or any national chain- parachutes into our neighborhood,please bring along with you a team from outside this area that can be competent and speak proper English. We ordered 2 of thesimplest pizzas on your menu, were promised 20-30 minute delivery, then waited 2 hours before finally calling. We wereimmediately placed on hold, where we stayed for 20 minutes. My time on hold was as long as you had initially agreed to deliverthe actual pizzas! When someone came to the line, they said it would be here in about 20 minutes. We placed this order at 7:17P. Our one pizza (thin crust Philly with roasted peppers) was made as a pan crust missing the red... peppers, they forgot the salad and all 3 of our dipping sauces that we paid for. When we called to fix the issue we were told30-45 minutes. It was over an hour (just after 9:10) and the driver returned with only the salad, a chicken caeser, when a chefsalad was ordered and still did not have the pizza or sauces. Ordered pizza via online at 4:25 - received text at 4:27 saying it?s in the oven and should be ready in 8 mins. Arrived at 4:38... and pizza was done and ready. Nothing missing and the pizza tasted great. Read more
Food was wrong, ordered a chicken caesar but they brought a garden salad with Caesar dressing. They drove 20 minutes in the... wrong direction first, then drove right back past the store on the way to me. Better to not even start on my food until thedriver is on his way back past the store? Worst delivery experience I ever had. Ordered pizza and garlic knots, manager said it would be to me in 30-45mins. An hour and... 15mins goes by with no food. I called the store to check on it, manager stated that the driver should?ve been to me and thatthey weren?t able to reach him via phone. Was told to call back at 12:05 if he didn?t show up? they called me back at 12:08 andtold me that the driver left me food on the front porch because no one answered the door. I was 3? from the door the whole timeand he NEVER knocked. The pizza was ice cold and I asked if I could just return the pizza and get a refund. The general managertold me that she was only able to give a $20 store credit even the my order was $32. I returned the Pizza the same night but therefuse to give me my refund. I havent had a domino's pizza in years. And they just opened this location in the neighborhood finally so I gave it a go and I... was super surprised. My pizza was pretty good. Who ever is making the pizza now, knows what there doing. I ordered from therewebsite that had some pretty good deals too! Can't beat a good pizza for $5.99! I hope my pizzas can continue to look like thistoo! Read more
