Where do I begin? I called and spoke to manager Amanda to let her know that I was bringing a party of 15-21 on 10/22/22 and she... assured me she would have the staff to accommodate us. Once we arrived we were greeted and seated right away. Our server wasGanarra U, when I say she was the best I would be saying an understatement. She was very polite, amazing personality and made nomistakes. The team, including Amanda, all helped her bring our food out in a timely matter. Our family gathering was trulyamazing thanks to such a wonderful staff and of course our God sent server Ganarra U (please keep your winning personality).Thanks so much everyone. Y’all were the best. I know we had a large party but the food was cold for most and she messed up the bill. Spent an extra hr wait for her to cash us... out and ran my card 4 time. After 30 mins of waiting when asked what was taking so long she said it was computer issues Shecould have saved time with getting help and letting us know she had computer issues. Read more
I’ve been here since 6:30 seated with my group and we have yet to receive our appetizers it’s 8:20! It took almost 40... minutes to get water. And they have only 4 people at the bar and two other tables!! The only reason we are here still is becausewe brought our 83 yr old grandma and it would be to much to go somewhere else. Food was made well. Service was a little slow, waited to get seated when seemed like they weren't busy. Biggest complaint is... ordered grilled chicken in salad and got crispy. Steak was cooked rare enough for my liking! Read more
I love Applebee's. It's one of my favorite places to eat. But this location was terrible. If you don't Google it you'd probably... never find it.. Low on staff, slow gettin anything, waited 15-20mins just for our drinks, didn't get water, my boyfriends foodwas cold, he got his beer brought to him in the can and not poured into a glass, my fries were cold and my bacon on my burgerwas over cooked. We went for a birthday dinner, only 6 people (4 adults, 2 kids under 10), and was told there'd be a 10-15 minute wait. While I... understand staffing problems right now, there were maybe 3 or 4 tables with people at them, and plenty of empty tables. Wewaited about 20 minutes before we decided to go somewhere else. Place was nice a d quite, hostess was a sweetheart but the food was very typical. Frozen microwaved food. It was not great at... all. I won't be back unless I'm just going for drinks. And a little suggestion, 99.9%of the patrons are black please music weenjoy, I have no idea wth we were listening to. Read more
