The food here is great while still being healthy. I like how this meal prep service has different monthly plans based on your... weight management goals. Other meal prep services aren?t convenient like this. Although there is no menu to choose from (whichmakes my life a lot easier), you can tell the chef what you want or don?t want as well as any allergies and other dietaryrestrictions.
