So I just went to this location for the last time I ordered a medium cold brew with cold foam, and one cream. I get to the... window and pay the woman at the window goes to hand me a cold brew without foam I simply say I ordered it with cold foam shesnaps back "I'm going to have to charge you for that" I say nothing she then yells at another employee "now she wants cold foam"let's remember I ordered it with cold foam not really sure why she thought this was such an inconvenience and a problem I wasn'trude about it she was very rude the other employee simply added the foam and I went on my way the woman at the window needs anattitude check Read more

I typically have a good experience at this location but this morning I was so disappointed. I ordered two avocado toasts neither... were toasted and the avocado was spread extremely thin making it inedible. Then I thought I would have my coffee and it wascompletely wrong. To the point that I probably am not even going to drink it. This was around 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October12th.
