I just wish they could have a double drive through. I understand the food is made when the order is placed, so the wait in drive... through is a little long. Edited: 7/3/22. Horrible service. Ordered at 10p.m. she had us park because they were making "hotfries". I had to call them to see where our order was at 10.30p.m. We got our order, yup you got it, cold food. Food is always cold. Never hot or warm. Always expect to wait 30-40 minutes in the drive thru. The staff is always friendly... which is why they get 2 starts. I wish they could just speed up and keep the food hot. I love burger king! Read more
I had a decent size order for some breakfast sandwiches for a work function. I spoke with Kimberly in the morning but she was... busy and asked that I call back in the afternoon. She recognized my number and called me by name when she answered. She tookquick care of my order for the next morning. When I arrived she had my order ready and hot. I haven't been a regular BK patron as I favor fried vs broiled burgers. But! The smell hooked me while leaving Walmart. I pulled... my phone and downloaded the app. Made an account and I was surprised to see that I could get a free Whopper since I'm a newbie!Yes please... Ordered my dinner and drove about 500ft from the southern Wally lot to the BK drive thru. Somehow my food wasalready done. I'm still wondering how that one happened...???? Anyways... Great management & friendly service. Clean floors and clean table tops. They have M&M cookies as well. Breakfast sandwiches are... good and hot. The drive thru is open 24 hours, every single day. They have a large parking for large vehicles as well. Read more
