Our group of six agreed this was the best meal we had in Gardiner. We tried the burnt ends, brisket sandwich, chopped rib... sandwich, pulled pork and smoked portabello. All were delicious. Legitimately great BBQ and the best restaurant option near Gardiner. We ultimately came here twice (second time had a smoked... portabello sandwich and cheesy corn instead of baked beans). Brisket is tender with a smoky bark, pulled pork is well done. Coleslaw is lightly dressed, both the baked beans and cheesy corn were fantastic sides. Second time we also got pickles and onionswhich were a nice addition of tart to counteract the fatty brisket. Definitely get there early as they were running low on sideswhen we got there around 4pm. Ribs are only typically available on music nights where they have a musician come play. There is aself serve sauce station with solo cups; 4 sauces available (thick and sweet soul shine, vinegar, mustard, spicy). Rubs andbottles of sauce are also available for sale. Lucked up on this neat outdoor BBQ joint. The owner was very helpful with the items. I got a special made 1/2 # pork BBQ... sandwich snd wife got the regular brisket. We also got Cole slaw?mediocre and baked beans?..terrific! My sandwich was good buta little dry but the winner here was the brisket. It had some fat but that?s brisket. This is a perfect lunch/dinner spot near the North Entrance of Yellowstone NP! We had the pulled pork and brisket and the cheesy... corn on the side. It was amazing! They offer sandwiches as well. Also, they make their own sauces for the bbq and you can buy abottle as well. Great area to eat at with picnic tables. Definitely recommend! Read more

The closest BBQ brisket to the south. We got slice beef brisket sandwiches and they were delicious with a capital D! Definitely... would recommend this place to anyone coming to Gardiner. Just a small drive out of the town next to the gas station Sinclair,Dino mart. If you get a chance check it out very friendly folks. Read more
