Inside was closed (drive thru only) and yet it had it as a pickup inside on the app. So when I got there the line was so long... and this was even at 7 at night! It wouldn?t take 45 minutes to an hour to get through. And of course I tried to call them butthe phone was busy every time! Wasted my money and my birthday reward. I placed an order in the app and was asked what I had at the window. Then I was asked to pull around and someone would bring it... out to me. What they brought out was the worst coffee I ever tasted. It tasted like ice milk and I am almost certain they forgotthe syrup that makes the coffee sweet. It had absolutely no taste. This crew is a great crew. I was in Fultondale for 3 weeks and they knew me by day 3 based upon my order. Made me feel like I... was at my home Starbucks in Texas Starbucks.... You need to add TRENTA option for the dopplio espresso shot!!! Read more

Soooooo I ordered a peach green tea lemonade....I could tell by the color of my drink it was not made correctly...I tasted it... and of course it was not right. I got upset!! The manager made me 2 different drinks they both were really good!! He turned abad situation into a good one!! Read more
Starbucks good traffic sucks. The starbucks shares a parking lot in a big strip mall and is right next to the entrance and exit... point. When you add in the drive through line there is always track jams. Read more
My only gripe would be to whoever designed the position of the building and the drive thru. Undoubtedly it's hard to anticipate... the level of business but the overspill of the drive thru is a major issue. That being said everyone was working hard and theservice was very nice Read more
