The service is slow and I always order a head of time for this same reason. I have visited this location for over 2 years now... and they still forget my order or they don't make it on the time it says for pick up. The staff seem lost most of the time. Eventhough this Starbucks is close to me I go elsewhere now. Read more
Caught the drive thru guy lying about what is available on the menu. He is actively selecting who he wants to give what items to... and if he doesn't like you maybe by looking at you, he will lie and say some item is not on the menu. Super shady. asked forthree popular items and he said all of them were not available. Then a few minutes later a friend went through and was able toget it no problem. Will not be coming here anymore. I paid $20.00 for all this. The drive thru line was not long at all. I was waiting at the speaker for a moment before attend... and asked to wait a few minutes. Once at the window, I was waiting a few minutes before attend. Then I get my drink with about 3inches missing of it. Very disappointing! Very rude! I'm sure the company wouldn't only accept a portion of my payment. Read more
Great little spot to get a coffee and get some work or some reading. Staff here is kind and upbeat - which is cool cause this... place serves up a LOT of coffee. Jaylyn is really nice and so is my cashier! Read more
This new location has to be the worst. They always have 4-5 employees but for some reason the wait in line and for a drink is... way too much. On average it?s 10-15 minuets to get your drink. It?s much faster to get a drink if you go through the drivethrough. Read more
the girl with decorations on her eyelashes always makes my order wrong. they finally let her do the drive thru orders & never... greeted me . i had to welcome myself for her to start taking my order . then was very quick and didn?t let me order anythingelse bedsides my drink after waiting 15 minutes just to order.
