First impression coming here was, "wow, the line in this restaurant is ridiculous! Their food must be amazing!" Well, it didn't... disappoint to be honest! I really enjoyed their food. The customer service in shin-sen-Gumi are very special. They are soenergetic and are always attentive! ???? Anyways, their ramen was actually worth the hype! I like how you could customize theramen from noodle hardness, to the oil level, what you want in your ramen. ???? You just can't not love the ramen here! I wouldrecommend adding some kind of paste for added flavor. My favorite is the spicy miso (curry paste is not bad as well). Overall,if you have the patience to wait for a savory ramen bowls (like an hour wait, especially when you are coming here for dinner),then please give this restaurant a try! You will fall in love! I tried the Spicy Dandan and love it. The wait was not too long and staff were friendly.

First of all, the service here was super friendly and welcoming! Love the way they greet their customers. The servers were also... very attentive and quick to bring us our food. We got the eel over rice, hakata ramen (thick base and heavy oil) which wasreally tasty. Also added an egg and pork belly to the ramen because how could one not?! Place was very warm and welcoming. As for the ramen, i wasn?t entirely impressed. For me it was 7/10. The broth is great but the... add ons are very expensive. I?ve been to locations with great everything for less the price. I really enjoyed the banana eggroll, it was phenomenal!
