I don't know if they are doing it on purpose at this point but they always get my orders wrong I order on phone and they answer... just to tell me they don't do phone orders. Not only that, they always get it wrong I go back politely to tell them wrong orderand they get it wrong or give me the same order at least 3 times. They stop making fresh pies between 920 and 930 so if you go after that expect a hot and ready.
Ordered my food before someone else and got it later then them. And when I complained to the manager she gave me the worst... attitude. And after all that she gave me 2 regular pizzas instead of the extra most best that I ordered. Never coming hereagain. Read more
It's a Hit-or-miss When you do mobile orders. Sometimes they are quick about your order and other times they have you waiting... for 45 minutes On top of the original pick up time. Also they do not put the pizzas in the pick up machine. And the line insidecan be very long there is no social distancing In a fact that this location. Didn't have my ranch ready for online pick up. Drinks were warm. Pizza toppings for custom orders were not spread out evenly.
I ordered on the app, they messed up my order and caused a major inconvenience to my plans and kept the pizza that they messed... up on. For that inconvenience they cussed, they should have given me that pizza and remade my order. Instead they fought with mefor 15 minutes and threw the pizza away just to make a point and stated it was ?policy? even though many times in the past everytime, for this inconvenience they?ve given me both pizza.
