this Yoshinoya in particular is horrendous. First time I was here, the service and the consistency of the food was okay but the... following visits here were just abhorrent. They?re always out of food. The employees are rude and don?t know anything aboutcustomer service. A bunch of disorganized teenagers. They don?t even ask if I wanted condiments. The portion of the food isridiculous small for the price of a large. 2-3 tiny pieces of chicken which is submerged in teriyaki sauce isn?t large. Mostof the nights when this place is still open, they place an orange cone blocking the drive through. some nights they place apaper on the drive through screen saying they?re out of food. what a joke. I just arrived from Oregon, and the first thing I do is eat at yoshinoya, I ordered a Teriyaky beef an the gave me chicken also... was flavorless. The Gyudon beef was flavorless as well. Yoshinoya was my favorite, but not anymore. Read more
Coupons are definitely a reason why I continue to eat here. Food is not bad but some days it is not up to standards. Wait can go... up to +15mins on busy days. This place does take a while to make the food. It took about a good 15 minutes for us to order 2 gyudon bowls and gyozas. The... beef wasn't seasoned much to go well with the amount of rice and vegetables. We would have to try other items to re-rate thisplace. Read more
The worst meal i probably ever eaten! To start with the guy had me wait five minutes before he took my order and then once I... received my order he didn?t give me my drink he didn?t give me my kids cookie he didn?t give me the Hot sauce I asked for, Andthe place was dead there?s absolutely no customers behind me or inside. Then once I got home my daughter couldn?t eat her foodbecause the chicken was so hard, stale and dry that she couldn?t even bite into it. Not only very rude , slow service, they gave my order out then when finally after waiting 40 more mins when i did receive my... food not only were items missing they did not thoroughly cook my beef the steak was cold and the rice like one scoop i orderedtwo combos and the side of noodles was suppose to come on a bed of rice i received half a scoop of cabbage no rice . My daughter's and I love the clam chowder soup. Most of the time they "don't" have it. It's just because they "don't" want to... make it! I tell them I can wait 15mins.
