Atmosphere have no idea. My visit was the drive thru. The service was prompt and food was hot when received. I also ordered... cookies and won't do that again. They were like hockey pucks. Guess that's what I get for ordering cookies from a fast foodburger place. Read more
Wendy?s have always been my favorite 1a week I goes to location 10040 Chapman for my dinner. Customers service today was... horrible the lady that was taking my order was horrible sounded as though she doesn?t want to work or on some things nocustomers service attitude at all . I think ID 123 and the young man at the window was also has the same customers serviceattitude as the lady that took my orders I had to ask for everything. ?Machine? went down and they could only accept cash and would not give me food without cash.. This was after waiting for 12... minutes in the drive thru line. This is unacceptable in this day and age- especially when modern restaurants are pushingcontactless, app based payments. If you can?t take a card, then you have 3 options; take the card for offline processing, givethe food away for free, or close the store. Only taking a single form of payment is absolutely ridiculous. Not sure if it's me, but Wendy's service seems to going down hill. I visited this establishment first time 9pm thinking it would... be better than the one few miles away by UCI hospital. Soda dispenser out of Coke like the other. Baked potato usually comeswith packet of sour cream AND butter. Now it just comes with sour cream. Now, I had to ask for the butter.
