We just went to taco bell through the drive thru, my boyfriend specifically ordered me two cheesy bean and rice burritos with... black beans instead of the regular beans from the value menu and on the screen of the drive thru it clearly stated "Bean Burritosb bf to black bean" and my boyfriend asked the worker, the guy with the glasses, if those were the cheesy bean and riceburritos because it did not look like the cheesy bean and black burritos since it said sub beef since the cheesy bean and riceburritos don't originally have beef and the worker said "yes they are" and we can literally hear the workers laughing in thebackground so we just went along with the worker since he claimed they were the right burritos, then my boyfriend orders himselfa Black Bean crunch wrap but when we got home THE WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG, I got the wrong burritos like I originally assumed butwhen my bf asked the worker he said they were the right ones which they weren't and also my boyfriend was given a beef crunchwrap, my boyfriend cant even eat meat, we didn't even get to eat our food, horrible service, never coming back to this taco bellagain, such a waste of money!! Had an issue, completed the survey and asked to be contacted. After 3 weeks haven't been contacted so I guess Taco Bell doesn't... care. Food portions are quite small for the expensive price too! Better prices and more food at Del Taco. Just head the otherway on Harbor just past Chapman Ave. Read more
Mexican pizza has been sold out for 2 weeks now, their prices have skyrocketed. This lot in particular is often empty. Very... empty. My usual meal would total to $6.46 and today it was around $11. Clean. Excited that the mexican pizza is back! Fast service but they always forget stuff. Make sure to check your orders. The... only reason why we come here is because it is close to the house. Today, the skinny girl prepping food was giving us attitudeand rolled her eyes when the manager asked to make the missing 3 hard tacos they forgot.
