I wanted to start off by addressing what I was impressed by, the customer service. Juan and Alejandro both provided excellent... customer service! They were friendly, accommodating and always had a smile. They even greeted us as we came in & thanked us aswe left. Other Subways I've been to do not have that level of customer service. As for our sandwiches, they turned out great. Wegot a good amount of every fresh ingredient we wanted and they were not just simply slapped on like at other Subways. They weremade with care. The food area was clean and orderly, unlike other locations. And to top it off, we were able to apply a Buy aFootlong, get a 6 inch Monster for free Reward via the app. We have many choices for dining, but what brings us back to thisSubway is all of the above. Worst experience. My wife came to order sandwiches and the workers were very rude. Tell my wife to hurry and order. There was... no line at all when she came and there was 3 workers just standing around talking among each other. Not good service! Read more
They brought my favorite club sandwich back so I was very happy.
Patience is a virtue. And the employees on this particular night we're patient and very helpful. We were having trouble getting... a hold of my lady's son to fill his order but after a few minutes everything worked out. We got ahold of him, filled his orderproperly and I'll left satisfied. This subway location is not very visible...if you are on the main road (Beach Blvd). It is located in the same plaza where... Garden Grove Sam's Club used to be. I personally love this Subway. Quiet and Friendly. As soon as I walked in, I smelled no badodors; unlike other Subway locations. I will stop here again. Read more
Worst experience ever! Stood in line for 20 minutes because only one person was working. I am in line and noticed there were no... more meatballs and asked if they had more in the back. They said they would check. I continue to wait in line. When I get to thefront they tell me there is no more meatball sauce. They offered no apology and would not substitute the $6 special withsomething else so I left. Worst customer service ever! I asked them why they couldn't tell me that while I stood in line for 20minutes. Instead of waiting until I got to the front. Will never come back to this subway again. Read more
This location does not accept coupons. Some guy behind the counter said, ?a lady used the coupon and ruined the coupon system... for this location.? Well Lamposon/Beach Blv. Subway location, you may want to train your employees in how to manage a simplecoupon. What a joke. After hearing me speak to the guy behind the counter 4 other customers walked out of this location hearingthat they don?t take coupons.
