The coffe are top notch. They may lack on the teas from time to time but the amazing hard working staff make up for it.

I stopped by this location just off the freeway from a road trip. I mobile ordered and hour after opening and wanted to make it... a pit stop to use the restroom. According to the app, this place had the in store option. I went in an hour after because Iwanted to make sure that the store had time to open and it was a drive thru time frame. Turns out that the store at 6:30AM isonly open for mobile order pick ups. The seating is closed and so are the restrooms. If I had known that I would not havestopped here. I bought a latte this morning and once I got to work I took a sip only to find out it was just steamed milk, they forgot to add... the espresso shot. I called them and spoke to Joaquin the manager he said to go back to replace my drink and that I would get afree drink next time. I went back and Joaquin made me wait so long because he was ?too busy? to see me. He finally came out ofhis office only to give me a $4 gift card which doesn?t even cover for the gas I wasted driving back the second time around.Very poor and unprofessional management Read more
One of the slowest starbuck around. Always a long line with drive through, usually 15 to 25 minutes wait. Also, they would make... mistake on your custom drinks sometimes too. I think it's just a badly managed location (maybe short staffs and poorscheduling??). The batistas there are mostly nice and attentive though. Read more
I always come to this Starbucks at least 4 times a week and have not gotten a problem with drinks or food until today Sat July... 23, 2022 that they took forever to give my drinks over 25 minutes? while I wait I ask some barista name Janice for the bathroomand she said it was for EMPLOYEES only? like really I asked since when? And she replied by saying well it?s for employees now. Ihave always used the restroom there and had no issue with any other employee. She didn?t give a date or nothing. July 9,2022: Was at this location 10 minutes ago (10:50pm) because every platform(google maps/yelp/Starbucks app)says it closes... at 11:30. The lights were on but no one is there, the parking lot is completely empty, not a car, and I was there for fiveminutes waiting before I realized this.It?s fine if it closes earlier but at least make sure that the closing time is correct.
