5-stars for being the only coffee and breakfast available at 6:15a on a Saturday morning. All other restaurants appear to be... closed before 7a in the Hyatt. Caution: if you are here for a dance convention, this is the ONLY location to grab food for yourdancers before the 7 am classes begin. Expect a 20-25 minute wait for items that needs to be warmed up. We got Starbucks from this location three times while on vacation. The baristas are very fast and efficient for such a busy... location, but be prepared the prices are about double what you would pay at a different Starbucks location. In addition everysingle time the same cashier made a mistake on our order. Either the wrong size or not making a drink decaf etc. We watched themmake mistakes for other guests too while we were waiting for pickup. We also had to send back americanos that we ordered withextra room that were filled to the top. Read more
My food was good but my drink had a few chunks from the oat milk. Kinda gross but it?s ok. It was still good. My main problem... was the fact that there were a bunch of anti masker girls with their moms getting Starbucks before their dance performances. I accidentally mobile ordered to this store and when I called them they said they had to refund it in store and would remake my... order since it would be bad by the time I could make my 20 min walk from the other store I meant to order from. When I gotthere, they were rude and even made my order very wrong. It wasn?t even filled up all the way. They didn?t put almond milk inthere which would of still let me drink it but Im very allergic to regular milk so couldn?t. After them already being rude, Idecided to just call customer service. Apparently customer service can cancel the wrong order but either the workers heredidn't know that or were just trying to make the sale at their store. Went to this location yesterday and today. Yesterday?s experience was great but today I?ll have to give them 1 star or even no... stars if I can. The cashier, Tony, was rather rude. We D went up to order with no one behind us, I asked for iced pumpkinspiced cold brew with one shot of syrup. He then replied with a tone that was with attitude telling me that there is vanillashot and pumpkin spice on top and which is it? I then told him I only want the one shot of vanilla. This is the same order Irequested yesterday with another cashier and he had no problem with my order and was super friendly with clarifying what myorder was. Then I proceeded to order bacon egg bites and he said to warm up anything it takes 10 mins. I said ok that?s fine. Then he said again do you still want it? I then replied Yes I still want it. Then my husband wanted to order their baconsausage wrap ? he couldn?t remember what it was called so I said ?sausage bacon wrap?, then the cashier replied ?you mean thebacon sausage wrap? again with a lot of attitude in the tone of his voice. Then I replied sure. Then we proceeded to pay. Still with no one behind us. Not sure if he was in a rush???!! Or what but he was just utterly rude. No thank you or have agreat day of my 20 plus years of going to Starbucks daily we have never had this kind of experience. I?m the paying customer Idon?t need to learn your menu or recipes.
