Don't go to this place they are Thiefs. So my family and I have been going through a'lot lately and for once after several... months I had a good week at work so I thought we celebrate and I surprised them with their favorite pizza, as I'm waiting for itI get an alert from my bank app saying I was charged the same amount twice $91.42 so I get up and asked the lady at the registerwhy i was charged twice and she assures me that I was charged 1 time that she haves no idea why it shows 2 times than she saidsometimes it happens but it might be pending usually the money goes back into my account after a few days. Ok so I waited a fewdays called my bank and they said nope you were charged twice call shakys talk to the owner he apologize and said I'm sorry ithas never happened I'll send you a refund 1 week later no refund I call back and now he is saying it only shows 1 charge and hewants proof. So I will be taking proof Monday and checking all my statements from all the times i visit this place. Read more
I literally never give a one star to anything. But this place made me so angry. I went with my kids and husband. We ordered a... medium family dinner that comes with a medium pizza mojo potatoes n chicken plus a personal kids pizza my kid got a voucher forat school. We started eating but our kids were playing still. We both got up (my husband and I) to help our kids with something.When we came back to our table all of our food was gone and throw away. I asked for it back. And they only wanted to give me themedium pizza. My kid didn't eat his personal pizza at all. After waiting 45 mins for our whole order again we finally left. You just can't go wrong with Shakey's! The classic thin crust is yummy with ample toppings, piping hot and right out of the... oven goodness! The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! Sheer perfection. And the Mojos...theymelt in your mouth. Yummers! Can't wait to go back! Read more
